Where data leave your country, we use EU Standard Contractual Clauses, UK Addendum, and KVKK-compliant undertakings or Board-approved mechanisms. A copy is available on request.

Retention
We keep data no longer than necessary for the purposes above or as required by law; inactive marketing profiles are purged after 4 years.

Your rights
Access, correction, deletion/erasure, restriction, portability, and objection (GDPR/UK/Norway)
Withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing
Opt-out of sale/share and limit use of sensitive PI (CCPA/CPRA)
