Who is responsible? 
answers.one Ltd. (“we”, “us”) is the data controller/business under the EU GDPR, UK GDPR, Norway Personal Data Act 2018 and business under the California CCPA/CPRA. You can reach our Data Protection Officer at privacyoffice@answers.one. 

What data do we collect? 
• Identification and contact data (e.g., name, email, phone) 
• Account credentials and marketing preferences 
• Usage analytics from our digital services 
• Sensitive data (only if you choose to provide it) such as demographic or accessibility information

Legal bases (GDPR/UK GDPR/Norway): your consent (Art 6 (1)(a)), performance of a contract you request (Art 6 (1)(b)), and legitimate interests in service security (Art 6 (1)(f)). Türkiye KVKK: explicit consent (Art 5/1) and, where applicable, contract performance (Art 5/2-c). We rely on “sale/share opt-out” and limited use of sensitive PI exemptions under the CCPA/CPRA unless you opt-in otherwise. 

Will we sell/share your data? 
We do not sell personal data for money. If we ever “share” data for cross-context behavioural advertising (CCPA/CPRA), we will give you a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link and honor Global Privacy Control signals.  

International transfers 
Where data leave your country, we use EU Standard Contractual Clauses. A copy is available on request.  

Retention 
We keep data no longer than necessary for the purposes above or as required by law; inactive marketing profiles are purged after one (1) year.  

Your rights 
• Access, correction, deletion/erasure, restriction, portability, and objection (GDPR/UK/Norway) 
• Withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing 
• Opt-out of sale/share and limit use of sensitive PI (CCPA/CPRA) 
• Complain to your supervisory authority (e.g., ICO-UK, Datatilsynet-NO, CPPA-CA)

Updates 
We may change this notice to reflect legal or operational changes; we will notify you in advance and, where required, seek renewed consent.
