Who is responsible? 
answers.one Ltd. (“we”, “us”) is the data controller/business under the EU GDPR, UK GDPR, Norway Personal Data Act 2018, Türkiye KVKK and business under the California CCPA/CPRA. You can reach our Data Protection Officer at privacyoffice@answers.one. 

What data do we collect? 
• Identification and contact data (e.g., name, email, phone)

Türkiye KVKK: explicit consent (Art 5/1) and, where applicable, contract performance (Art 5/2-c). We rely on “sale/share opt-out” and limited use of sensitive PI exemptions under the CCPA/CPRA unless you opt-in otherwise. 

Will we sell/share your data? 
We do not sell personal data for money. If we ever “share” data for cross-context behavioural advertising (CCPA/CPRA), we will give you a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link and honor Global Privacy Control signals.  

International transfers 
Where data leave your country, we use EU Standard Contractual Clauses, UK Addendum, and KVKK-compliant undertakings or Board-approved mechanisms. A copy is available on request.  

Retention 
We keep data no longer than necessary for the purposes above or as required by law; inactive marketing profiles are purged after 5 years.  

Your rights 
• Access, correction, deletion/erasure, restriction, portability, and objection (GDPR/UK/Norway) 
• Withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing 
• Opt-out of sale/share and limit use of sensitive PI (CCPA/CPRA)
